Regarding , The Date Of Commencement Of The Act
3. Regarding , the date of commencement of the Act:
In case the date of commencement is not mentioned in any Act/Enactment, it shall be as followings:
(a) From the Date of Approval of His Majesty the king regarding the Act/Enactment made pursuant to the Interim Constitution of Nepal
2007.
(b) From the date of Authentication by His Majesty the King in case of other Nepal Acts/Enactments upto 3 rd Jestha 2063 B.S.
(c) From the Date of authentication by the speaker of the House of Representatives in relation to the Acts//Enactments made after 4 th Jestha 2063.
Provided that, No one shall be punished for any Commission or ommission of any punishable act committed or omitted before the publication of those Acts/Enactments in the Nepal Gazette.
